DEPOSIT
An advance deposit of the first night is required at the time of making the reservation. Reservations for holiday weekends and periods are charged in full 14 days from date of arrival. Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Traveler's Checks are accepted. Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit. Balance of your stay is payable on arrival. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Reservations will be confirmed in writing by e mail upon receipt of advance deposit of one night's lodging for 1 or 2 nights stay. For longer stays, a deposit equal to 50% of the total bill is required.
DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF BOOKING RESERVATION TO HOLD ROOM(S). NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ARRIVAL FOR RESERVATIONS DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS. GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL NIGHTS BOOKED AT TIME OF ORIGINAL RESERVATION.
FOR NON HOLIDAY PERIODS CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THE 14 DAY PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF ARRIVAL WILL BE CHARGED THE FIRST NIGHTS LODGING. THIS WILL BE HELD AS A CREDIT TOWARDS A FUTURE STAY, FOR UP TO ONE YEAR. Arrival after or departure before the specified reservation dates will cause forfeiture of all or part of deposit.
